Drenthe is the ultimate cycling province. The most beautiful cycling routes take you past stunning forests, vast heathlands and expansive farmlands. Along the way, you’ll pass through many idyllic villages, which are well worth a visit.

Various cycle routes and maps are available at the hotel reception to help you explore our beautiful province.
You can also plan your own route using the well-known junction system.

Bike hire

We hire out “Hunebed Highway E-bikes”
If you fancy a nice bike ride in the area around the hotel, you can hire a lovely Hunebed Highway E-bike from reception. We are able to provide these bikes thanks to the Hunebed Highway E-bikes project, in which we participate as a hotel. The project has been made possible thanks to support from the European Union’s Leader programme (ec.europa.eu/agriculture/rural-development-2014-2020_nl)
