Hotel Emmen
Schönes Hotel, Möbel etwas renovierungbedürftigDas Zimmer war leider nicht klimatisiert, nur mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet. Die Bettdecken sind viel zu dick für den Sommer. Der Bezug (Leder) vom Boxspringbett war kaputt. Das Waschbecken hat einen Riss. Die Stühle im Restaurant sind teilweise an den Armlehnen kaputt/zerschlissen, Bezug bröckelt. Ferner bzgl. Service haben wir ein sehr unschönes Erlebnis an der Bar gehabt, an der ein betrunkener Gast gesessen hat. Er war laut, unkontrolliert und nicht berechenbar. Das Personal hat dieses zwar beobachtet, wohl auch der Chef vom Dienst, sind aber nicht eingeschritten. Im Gegenteil, er wurde weiter bedient und mit Alkohol versorgt. Wir haben uns dann aus der Bar entfernt, weil uns das Ganze sehr unangenehm und beängstigend wurde. Nachdem er dann selbst auf die Terrasse gegangen ist, trauten wir uns wieder in die Bar. Das ist kein professioneller Service!
